Orders and Shipping

Delivery speed depends on a couple of factors including country and delivery service picked at checkout. Please wait 5 working days from order before contacting us, if you have paid for tracking you can monitor the progress via the link inboxed upon dispatch.

Due to the nature of the item all sales are final and no refunds will be offered unless goods are damaged in transit. By checking out and agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to this.

Once orders are processed unfortunatly you will not be able to change shipping address, if you however message before the goods have been dispatched we will do our best to help.

Throughout your purchase journey with us you will receive email updates informing you of processing, dispatch and complete status.

If you have paid for tracking and provideda phone number you will also be updated via SMS.

Orders placed before 10:30am will be shipped the same day. Our standard service is Royal Mail 1st class and usually arrives in 1-2 days.

Our tracked service is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

We ship internationally but it is up to the customer to check their local laws and regulations the customer is also responsible for any import charges.

All items from the same order will  be shipped together to reduce cost and carbon footprint.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will look to change before dispatch. Unfortunately if the goods are shipped we will need to charge a reship fee of 15% of the value of the order once retrieved.

All cancelled orders are subject to 20% of the order value restocking fee due to admin time and gateway fees.
